Ravneet Sandhu’s journey began with a strong educational foundation, earning a Master’s in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Materials Science and Engineering from Iowa State University. Her professional experience spans various roles that have honed her skills in problem-solving, process development, and quality improvement. 
One significant highlight of Ravneet’s journey is her involvement in starting Sparks Café, a student-run café at Iowa State University. As one of the students who helped launch this café from the ground up, Ravneet gained invaluable experience in the food and beverage industry. This experience provided her with firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities within the sector, further enriching her ability to offer specialized consulting services to businesses in this industry. 
Ravneet’s professional experience at Bunn further solidifies her expertise. She has extensive experience in risk analysis and management, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She has led numerous cost savings projects while also improving quality and safety. Additionally, Ravneet attended the Leanovation workshop in Connecticut, which provided her with advanced knowledge in process improvement. Her leadership capabilities were further enhanced through her graduation from Lead UC, a 10-month leadership program in Union County that connects youth and adults with resources and opportunities to develop their leadership skills.
