Pioneer Vision Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in Bonney Lake, WA. Our website address is pioneervisionconsulting.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services. Our client reporting portal at portal.pioneervisionconsulting.com has its own privacy policy, which also covers the Google account data clients choose to connect.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a consultation, request a free audit, sign up for our newsletter, become a client or contact us, we collect what you provide. That may include your name, email address, phone number, business name and details, and the content of your message.
Billing information. If you pay us, our payment processor collects your payment details. We see the billing name, amount and transaction history, but we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we, and the analytics tools described below, collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, how long you stay, and how you arrived at our site.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate and improve our website and services.
- To respond to your enquiries, book appointments and deliver the work you hire us for.
- To send invoices, receipts and service updates.
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our website: which pages are viewed, for how long, from what kind of device, from roughly where, and through which link or search. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information, and Google processes it on our behalf. We use it only in aggregate to improve our website; we do not use it to identify you personally.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we text you only about your enquiry, appointments or our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We never sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, appointment booking, payment processing and analytics (Google). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order or a request from a government authority.

Links and embedded content
Our website may link to, or embed content from, other websites such as YouTube videos or social media posts. Those websites have their own privacy policies and may collect information about you when you interact with their content. We are not responsible for their practices.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and client records for as long as you are a client and as required for tax and legal purposes afterwards. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, tax or security reasons.
- Get a copy of your information in a commonly used format.
- Opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time.

Children’s privacy
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
