What it costs, and why we quote after we talk
We do not publish a price list, because the same service costs different amounts depending on your service area, how much is already in place and how competitive your market is. What we can tell you up front is exactly how we charge, what changes the number, and what you own at the end.
Four rules that do not change
Flat monthly fees
Ongoing work (SEO, ads management, social, profile management) is a fixed monthly fee agreed before we start. You know the number for the whole term.
Never a percentage of ad spend
We have no incentive to tell you to spend more. Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Google or Meta, from an account in your name.
Projects are quoted, not estimated
Websites, photography, branding and business plans are fixed-price for a defined scope. Changes to the scope are quoted before they are done.
You own everything
The website, the ad accounts, the Google profile, the photography, the plan. If we part ways, nothing has to be rebuilt.
Why a quote takes a conversation
Two plumbing companies can want “SEO” and need entirely different work: one has forty service pages and a strong profile, the other has a five-page site and no reviews. Quoting either without looking would mean guessing, and a guess is either too high for you or too low to do the job properly.
- Service area. One town or nine changes the amount of content and the competition.
- What already exists. A working site and a clean profile mean less setup.
- Competition. Bellevue professional services and rural home services are not the same market.
- Scope. One service, or marketing and operations together.
- Speed. How much you want done in the first ninety days.
- Assets. Whether photography and content need to be produced.
From first call to a number
- Discovery call. Thirty minutes. What you sell, where, what is working and what you have tried. Free, and there is no deck.
- We look properly. Your website, Google profile, any ad accounts and the competitors ranking above you. This is the free audit. You get it whether or not you hire us.
- A written proposal. Scope, deliverables, the monthly fee or project price, the term, and what we need from you. One page, no packages you have to decode.
- You decide. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, that the profile and a review routine would do more than a retainer, we will say so.
Ways to get a number before you call
If you want an order of magnitude first, two of our free tools produce one from your own inputs rather than from our rate card:
They give a range based on typical market rates, not a quote from us. The real number comes after the discovery call.
Pricing questions
Why not publish prices like other agencies?
Published tiers usually mean one of two things: the work is standardised regardless of your situation, or the price is a starting point that changes anyway. We would rather quote the work you actually need, once, and stand behind it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Ongoing services work best over months rather than weeks, and we will tell you the term in the proposal. We do not hold clients in long contracts to make the numbers work.
Do you take a cut of our ad budget?
No. A flat management fee, and your ad spend goes straight to the platform from your own account.
Can we start small?
Yes, and often that is the right call, a profile rebuild and a review routine before a full retainer, for instance. The proposal will say what we would do first and why.
What if we already have an agency?
The free audit still applies. Sometimes the honest answer is that your current agency is doing the right work and the problem is elsewhere in the business.
Book a discovery call
Thirty minutes, no charge and no obligation. You will leave with an audit of what is working and a written proposal with a real number.
