Gearboxly started inside Auto Star, an independent repair shop, to replace slow paperwork at the counter and in the bays. We designed and built the whole product: the shop app, an AI assistant that looks up labor and drafts estimates, the customer texting and payments, and the marketing site at gearboxly.com. The shop still runs on it every day, with 1,500+ repair orders written in it, and Gearboxly is now open to every shop with a 14-day free trial.
