DM Tax & Bookkeeping, led by Mary Bunce, CPA, serves individuals and small businesses across Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Pierce County and King County. The firm needed a website that reflected that (real people, clear services, easy ways to book) and marketing that brought in the right clients through tax season and beyond.
The challenge
Accounting is a trust purchase. A prospective client wants to see who they will be working with, what the firm handles and how to get started, and most accounting websites show none of it. The site had to make the team visible, explain the services in plain language, and turn a visit into a consultation or a call. The marketing had to work on two clocks: the tax-season rush and the year-round flow of bookkeeping and small-business clients.
The strategy
Start with photography, so every channel (the website, Google Business Profile, social media and ads) shows the real team and the real office. Build the website around the services and the people, with booking and contact paths on every page. Then run Google Ads for the searches that bring accounting clients, and keep the social channels active so the firm looks current all year.
